LOAD TESTING SERVICES

We test, load, and lease our equipment! Depending on the G.I.s of Our Client, the applicable ASME standards, and the company’s standard procedures, load tests may be conducted by GOLDEN SPARK.

It may be necessary for GOLDEN SPARK to develop a load test procedure according to the type of equipment to be tested.
Crane load testing test weights are available on a per-visit basis from GOLDEN SPARK

CALIBRATION SERVICES

We provide calibration services for air compressors, welding machines, and generators for GOLDEN SPARK customers.
As part of our calibration service, we offer preventive maintenance, as well as the adjustment of instruments according to the specifications stipulated by the manufacturer.
There will be a detailed report provided to you regarding the condition of the instrument as well as a calibration data sheet and sticker.

Calibration Sticker affix to the unit.
Every welding machine and air compressor in Saudi Aramco must be calibrated with stickers affixed.
In our calibration section, we offer periodic calibration services, and we notify you of the upcoming calibration date before it is due.

STORAGE TANK INSPECTION

Storage tanks are an asset that deserves attention. These tanks can be fabricated of metal, either field erected or shop fabricated, or non-metallic materials, such as polyethylene or fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP). They can be used to store petroleum products, chemicals, or waste materials.
The field of storage-tank inspections comprises both in- and out-of-service inspections of vertical and horizontal storage tanks, both above and below ground. A combination of techniques is used to provide a comprehensive condition report on the overall tank floor, shell, roof and structure, including engineering calculations in accordance with API 653 & 650 and other relevant specifications.
GOLDEN SPARK specialized in analyzing service conditions of storage tanks by advanced laser solutions and techniques to conducts the dimensional survey & settlement analysis of storage tanks as per the API 653 Standards.
Real time scanned images of storage tanks will help the maintenance/major repair/alternations of storage tanks as per the API 653/650 Standards.

Storage tank dimensional service can be performed by laser measurement service. Storage tank dimensional survey includes storage tank verticality check, Tank straightness measurement, Storage tank roundness survey, Fuel tank dimensions, Fuel oil tank dimensions chart, Storage tank verticality, Measurements of Roundness, Plumpness and Roundness of storage tank, Storage tank Deformation, Storage tank dimension etc.

PIPING & PIPELINE INSPECTION

It is important to the success of your company are the assets you rely on each day. These include your plant processes and equipment. Keeping them safe and reliable is your goal. Our pipeline integrity management and piping Inspection include pipeline feasibility study, pipeline inspection procedure and budget developments, reporting and recommendations etc. GOLDEN SPARK offers comprehensive package of consultancy and project support services with the capability of performing industry focused research and development contracts.

GOLDEN SPARK offers the inspection and certification by suitable NDT instruments as well as Integrity assessment Inspections of Above Ground Pipeline Inspection and Certification and Underground Pipeline Testing Service and Certification. The extent of inspection required depends on the severity and quantity of the pitting damage. In cases where there is excessive or little to no pitting, inspecting 10% of the total area is often sufficient. Our experts having skills and experience in materials and material science, electro chemistry, corrosion, and life assessment.

Pipeline NDT Inspection:

Pipeline Inspection service is used to find out the corrosion mapping and corrosion evaluation of piping. Conventional pipeline NDT Testing is ultrasonic thickness gauging and various pipeline nod destructive testing services of Magnetic Particle Examination, Dye Penetrant Testing as well as PAUT Inspection services are also available for pipeline NDE evaluation.

Our Third Party Inspection Services in IRAQ & KRG offers piping and pipeline Inspection Services, Non-destructive Testing Services, Welding Inspection Services, Painting Inspection Services, Pipeline Pressure Testing and Hydro testing services, Pipeline Integrity Services etc. Underground pipeline leak testing services and leak detection services in IRAQ & KRG, shall be conducted by Acoustic emission NDT Testing Services. Ultrasonic thickness gauging of pipeline Inspection Services shall be performed for corrosion survey as well as pipeline remaining life assessment service as per API 570 Standards.

ISO CERTIFICATION

What is ISO Certification?
An ISO Certification is Management System Certification of any Single ISO Standard (i.e ISO 9001) or Multiple standard Management System Certification together (i.e ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 etc so on) -There are many contractual ISO Standards which is published by International Organization for Standardization (ISO). These Contractual Standards are ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22000, ISO 27001, ISO 13485 etc and many more. Which are being adopted by the organization for implementation and ISO Certification. These Standards are the contractual standards. Developed by Technical committee members of International Organization for Standardization. These ISO Standards adherence to the World Trade Organization (WTO) principles in the Technical Barriers to Trade (TBT). Where each ISO Standard has their own specific purpose for use in the organization for ISO Certification. All the requirements provided in the Management System Standards are in generic in nature, that is it can be adopted for implementation by any type, size of the organization irrespective of their nature of activities.
